Javier Jose Calero

Chairman

Calero hopes to bring a dynamic momentum to Full Circle Communications as he offers not just steady leadership but also extensive experiences.

Calero is the former chairman of J. Walter Thompson-Philippines, the advertising agency which handled industry leaders such as Jollibee, Close-up, and Ponds, among many others. For more than three decades now, Calero has been a respected figure in the advertising industry. He has headed the Signium Ward Howell, and was the head honcho of Zenith Optimedia, an active member of the Publicis Group of Companies. As Regional Director of J. Walter Thompson Company, Calero handled countries like Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines, where he assured that “the quality and standards that the offices were reporting to me followed the corporate standards.” His undisputed management style as J. Walter Thompson Philippines’ first Filipino General Manager earned him an Agora Award for marketing management in 1987. He led the company to industry leadership increasing the billings from a mere 30 million pesos when he took over in 1976 to 267 million pesos by 1991.

Ma. Amylyn de Quiros

Founder

An icon in the PR industry, she founded Full Circle Communications in 2000, together with Paul de Quiros. 

Amylyn, or Milen, as she was fondly called by friends and colleagues, had more than 30 years in public relations and communications industry. Before establishing Full Circle, she joined various agencies like the now-defunct Bureau of National and Foreign Information, Philippine News Agency, and Ministry of Public Information. In 1982, she joined Land Bank of the Philippines, one of the country’s biggest financial institutions, where she later became the vice president for its Public Affairs Group. Her stint resulted in numerous awards of excellence for the agency in various promotion and advertising-related works. In 1999, she earned an APR (accredited PR practitioner) title, a status from the Public Relations Society of the Philippines, which signifies a high professional level of expertise and competence in PR work. She was also a member of the International Public Relations Association. With this, she joined the very small and elite circle of APRs in the country.

Paul de Quiros
President

Paul’s more than 30 years work experience has been primarily anchored on the management and dissemination of information both in the government and private sectors. 

Paul S. de Quiros is the president of Full Circle Communications. Paul’s more than 30 years of work experience has been anchored on the management and dissemination of information both in the government and private sectors. Paul also specializes in crisis communication and management.

 

His government work included the Department of Public Information, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the Office of the Press Secretary, and as spokesperson of the Philippine National Railways for five years, from 2011 to 2016. Before joining Full Circle, Paul worked as Head for the Public Affairs Department of Metro Rail Transit Corp., the largest urban rail system in the country. 

 

Paul’s involvement in the field of public information was highlighted by his winning the Public Relations Society of the Philippines’ 23rd Grand Anvil Award in 1996 for “EDSA Para Sa Masa” information campaign for Metro Rail Transit Corporation and the Golden World Award for crisis management from the International Public Relations Association in the same year.
